Investing in a SUSTAINABLE FUTURE is of central importance to us.
Our PREMOSYS Technology and development center is a highly efficient KfW55 Showcase property, planned according to the latest technical standards and was built in 2022/2023. On over 4,500 m² The light-flooded building complex offers our employees a first-class working environment. The development center, the production and manufacturing facility, the training center as well as administration and sales areas are located here.
As a KfW55 building, we require 45% less primary energy than other comparable new buildings. Innovative technologies such as 20 deep boreholes for a heat pump and a sophisticated heat recovery system create a pleasant working atmosphere. In addition, our integrated photovoltaic system with 193 kWp generates more energy than we consume over the year. This enables CO2-neutral operation and sets new standards in energy efficiency.
For us, investments in renewable energies, energy-efficient buildings and sustainable actions are the key to a sustainable community and long-term growth. We are proud to contribute to conserving resources and reducing environmental impact.
